Support complet au moment d’investir et prendre son visa pour vivre au Canada

Le Programme Immigrants Investisseurs du Québec est le seul programme d’immigration d’affaires requérant un investissement passif au Canada (l’investissement est fait auprès du gouvernement). Les dossiers peuvent être soumis jusqu’au 15 mars 2019. Pour se qualifier, l’investisseur doit :

  • Avoir un actif net d’au moins 2 000 000 $CAN
  • Avoir une expérience en gestion, acquise durant au moins deux ans au cours des cinq ans précédant la demande d’immigration
  • Faire un investissement passif, garanti par le gouvernement du Québec, de 1 200 000 $CAN, pour 5 ans à 0% d’intérêt ( Une option de financement est disponible, permettant l’investisseur de réduire la mise de fonds)

 

En retour, l’investisseur et sa famille reçoivent le statut de résident permanent. Après avoir résidé au pays pendant au minimum trois ans, il sera alors possible de faire une demande pour la citoyenneté canadienne.

Par ailleurs, AURAY Capital, en collaboration avec son réseau de conseillers, peut aussi faire l’analyse des dossiers et de la source de fonds, effectuer des suivis avec les services d’immigration ainsi que préparer les investisseurs et leurs familles à l’entrevue de sélection.

The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program is Canada’s only passive investment immigration program, a model in which the applicant transfers capital to the government and does not need to open or operate a business. In return, the applicant and his/her family will be granted with the Canadian permanent resident status. After three years of being a permanent resident, they can apply for Canadian citizenship.

Como contrapartida, o investidor brasileiro e sua família recebem um visto de residência permanente incondicional. Após três anos com esse status, é possível solicitar a cidadania canadense.
